Purpose
Putting on a Bra is a challenging task which demands a great amount of flexibility and dexterity from the user.

This innovation addresses users who do not have the ability to use this garment due to limited hand dexterity, and loss of precision grips

Requires Flexibility
Back hook bras are the most commonly bought among users of this garment. They provide three or more levels of adjustability that cannot be provided in side or front hooked models. Moreover, they provide versatility in cut and style options for a large range of necklines.

Insights
-
Existing bras made for users with limited dexterity are 'medical - looking' and don't provide variety in cuts and colours.
-
These are often much more expensive alternatives.

Proposed Solution
An accessory that can be attached to any standard back hook bra at the hook and eye fastener. This attachment will enable a user to:
-
Access two loops hanging on either side of the waist, at waist level. Insert thumb in loops.
-
Using an easy arm movement to gather the loops in front of the chest.
-
Fastening using a power grip.
-
Keeping wrist position neutral at all times while using the garment.
